Journal articles as well as certain publications in/of academic books and proceedings yield points. Two categories of journals are recognized: A and B.
A: Widely recognised international top-level journals. Publications in these journals are authoritative in research presenting new approaches, methods and developments. A-journals set the highest standard for topics as well as for analytical and methodological levels.
B: Good international journals. Publications in B-journals meet high methodological and analytical standards but are less trend-setting for research than A-journals.
